PURPOSE:To improve the operating property of a mode lever, by interlocking a fan lever with the reference end of a spring attached to a linkage for opening and closing an appropriate number of doors for opening and closing the blowoff ports in a heating unit, to reduce the operating force on the mode lever. CONSTITUTION:A deflection door 23, a room door 24 and a vent door 25 are provided in the air distribution chamber 18 of the heating unit 3 of an automobile air conditioner. When a mode lever 63 is turned into a heating mode while the doors 23-25 are in a cooling position and a fan lever 64 remains set in a high air flow rate position as shown in the drawing, the turning force is transmitted to the main link 34 of a linkage 30 through a cable 29. At that time, since a spring 82 keeps pulling a lever 81 in a direction to move it, the main link 3 receives the pulling force through other links 44, 58 so that the main link is swung. For that reason, the force to be applied to the mode lever 63 can be reduced by the urging force of the spring 82. |
