PURPOSE:To improve the convenience of a facsimile storage communication, by providing priority for the communication message and transmitting after the assignment of lines to a communication message with higher priority, when calling an address from a storage exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A caller terminal 1 dials the reception number of a storage exchanger 14a to a terminal exchanger 11a. The exchanger 14a transmits facsimile information to a communication message and informing message storage magnetic disc device 30A through an input/output transfer bus 25a. Under the control of a program in a central processor 26b, when one of branching transmission lines 13b is vacant and the state of transmission to a called party terminal is detected, the control information of the transmission communication message stored in a buffer memory 27b is retrieved and the communication message with high priority is selected and the address number of the communication message is transferred to a terminal transmission line control section 18b through the input/output transfer bus 25b. Further, the communication message with higher priority in the device 30A can be transmitted to a called party terminal 8. |
