PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily manufacture a tube body by installing a fiber tape head, a resin impregnating jar and a forming head in the manufacture of a liquid transport including reinforcing layer for inner pressure consisting of reinforcing string wound on a plastic tube. CONSTITUTION:The following is a manufacturing method of a liquid transport tube 10 including a reinforcing layer 16 for inner pressure consisting of reinforcing string 14 wound on a plastic tube 12. On a plastic tube 12 extruded from an extruder 22, non-cured fiber-reinforced plastic reinforcing string 14, which is made by impregnating non-saturated polyester resin into a fiber tape 36 drawn out from a tape head 30 and formed through the fiber tape head 30, is wound. The reinforcing string 14 is wound on the plastic tube 12 by the rotation of a cage 28 and the run of the plastic tube 12, and cured to form a reinforcing layer for inner pressure. As the result, the tube can be manufactured easily and low-costly with no need of complicated preforming jigs. |
