摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a dangerous condition such as burning or generating smoke of food under an abnormal use of heating device by a method wherein the heating device is constructed such that an entire heating time is made substantially equal even if a cooking information is detected by either one of the main sensor means or a dependent sensor means. If it is assumed that the time required until the relative humidity sensor 12 executes a sensing operation is defined as TH and the time required until the thermistor temperature sensor 11 detects the temperature is defined as TTH, the remaining heating time is calculated as KH.TH. If it is assumed that a relation of KH=KTH.(1+TTH)/(1+TH) is defined, it is possible to obtain the substantial same finished effect in case that any one of the sensors is applied for sensing operation.
