PURPOSE: To make a buckle not to suddenly loosened even if small force to raise one end side of the buckle is applied, by making a distance between a vertical face including the lower edge of a slope of a first bar and the upper edge of an acute angle slope of a second face shorter than the thickness of a belt. CONSTITUTION: The distance S between the vertical faces between the lower edge of a slope 54 of a first bar 50 and the upper edge of an acute angle slope of a second bar 70 is made shorter than the thickness of a belt 22. The end part 26 of the belt 22 is penetrated upward through a space between the second bar 70 and a third bar 20, hung over the second bar 70 and downward turned back, downward penetrated through a space between first and second bars, then overlapped on the belt 22 through the lower edge of the slope 54 of the first bar 50, and pressed to the belt 22 by pressing the lower face 52 of the first bar. In this pressing condition, the end part 26 of the belt is not in touch with the acute angle slope 80 and a connection face 82 of the second bar and the slope 54 of the first bar, and a section from the upper face 72 of the second bar 70 to the lower face of the first bar 50 is tensed almost into a Z-shape, a first corner 56 and a second corner 76 strongly bite into the end part of the belt 22 to completely prevent the belt 22 to be loosened. |
