PURPOSE:To prevent entrainment of air into a split mold by arranging a middle mold supporting disc in the mold being supported by a mold supporting disc so as to be located at an intermediate position between a lowermost mold supporting disc and uppermost mold supporting disc, and making the circumference of each mold supporting disc a vacuum atmosphere, and then carrying out vulcanization mold. CONSTITUTION:A raw material is supplied to a split mold 5 provided on a lower mold supporting disc 4c, next, a middle mold supporting disc 4b is placed horizontally, after that, a row material is supplied to the split mold 5, and also, an upper mold supporting disc 4a is placed horizontally, after, that, each mold supporting disc 4a, 4b, 4c is put into a molding machine. In the next place, under the condition of with a slight interval formed among each mold supporting disc 4a, 4b, 4c, an enclosing frame 6 is moved down to the middle mold supporting disc 4b and lower mold supporting disc 4c, in order to form an air tight space, and then the interior of the space is rendered vacuum by connecting to a vacuum source, and then press molding is conducted by moving a pressure member. |
