PURPOSE: To protect a supply line, such as an electric wire, by removing the central part of a sleeve together with a processable outer layer, so that the central part can be separated from a supporter without damaging the reusable supporter, bonding the existing supporter to a new processable outer layer and mounting a new sleeve on the outer layer and on the end part of the old sleeve. CONSTITUTION: When a connecting part 5 is sealed again, the central part of an outer sleeve 1 is removed, together with an outer layer 21 of a bag body 18 covering a liner 3. Then, the liner 3 is removed so as to reach the connecting part 5. The reassembling of a case is performed by using the old liner 3 in a new bag body 18. Since the old liner 3 is protected by the bag body 18, it is not damaged. Furthermore, the old liner 3 is not contaminated with a sealant 2. Moisture-proofing and a cutout layer are obtained continuously by enclosing the entire liner 3 in the bag body 18 in this way. Thus, a supply line, especially the connecting part of an electric cable 4, can be insulated and protected. |
