PRODUCTION OF HUMAN 5-LIPOXYGENASE BY YEAST

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce human 5-lipoxygenase in a mass by linking a gene coding human 5-lipoxygenase to a part immediately after a specific promoter and transforming a yeast with the obtained recombinant DNA. CONSTITUTION:A recombinant DNA is prepared by liking a gene coding human 5-lipoxygenase to a part immediately after the promoter of a gene dominating a yeast glucoamylase. A yeast transformed with the above recombinant DNA is cultured and the objective human 5-lipoxygenase is separated from the cultured product.
