PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner capable of restraining the fluctuation of a beam pitch on a surface to be scanned. SOLUTION: This optical scanner 1 is equipped with plural semiconductor lasers 11a and 11b, coupling lenses 12a and 12b provided corresponding to the respective semiconductor lasers and coupling laser beams from the semiconductor lasers, a cylindrical lens 17 forming the laser beams from the respective coupling lenses into a line image long in a main scanning direction, a polygon mirror 19 scanning the surface to be scanned 20 at constant speed while deflecting the laser beam from the cylindrical lens 17, and a scanning image forming part 7 condensing the laser beam deflected by a polygon scanner 5 on the surface to be scanned 20. The incident angle of the respective laser beams on the polygon mirror 19 is different from each other at least in a main scanning direction. In the scanner 1, the semiconductor laser, the coupling lens and the cylindrical lens are integrally attached to a holder 29.
