摘要 PURPOSE: To adjust diameters and to properly position the focus of a lens by providing a rotating element, which rotates around a secondary optical axis, and providing a monochromatic-radiation guide to a converter forming a part of the rotating element. CONSTITUTION: This device contains a primary light source 230, which projects a power beam for surgical treatment, and a secondary light source 28, which projects a low-power visible-radiation beam. A rotating element 33 contains a set of prism and mirror, which converts a beam 29 into two parallel beams 30 and 31. When the rotating element 33 rotates, a basic beam generates a light-emitting tubular beam 32 having a diameter D2 coaxial with a secondary optical axis 2. The diameter D2 of the tubular beam 32 is equivalent to a diameter D1 of a power beam 34. A lens 16 makes light that is emitted through a guide 21 as the basic beam 30 parallel. The single optical-fiber guide 21 produces a single basic beam 30, and when the basic beam rotates around the axis 2, the light-emitting tubular beam 32 is generated.
