<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the fine working and obtain a material for artificial tooth floor having the superior aesthetic characteristic by applying golden plating onto a subzero hardened type stainless steel plate. CONSTITUTION:The whole surface of a subzero hardened type stainless steel plate having a thickness of 0.4mm is electro-plated by gold. Since the subzero hardened type stainless steel is used as basic material, workability is improved, and the press-printing precision can be improved. Further, the installation investment for working can be reduced. Further, because of the press-printing work, the need of the complicated working technique is obviated, and the generation of casting defect is prevented, and the stable mechanical strength can be obtained. Further, since golden color is developed, the superior aesthetic characteristic is secured, and the generation of oxidized film is prevented.</p> |
