PRODUCTION OF ALKALINE PROTEASE

摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain an alkaline protease by culturing Zygosaccharomyces.rouxii, containing a specific recombinant DNA and having the ability to produce the alkaline protease in a culture medium. CONSTITUTION:A microorganism of the genus Zygosaccharomyces containing a recombinant DNA, derived from a microorganism of the genus Aspergillus and prepared by inserting a prepro type alkaline protease gene specified by a restriction enzyme map expressed by the formula (E is EcoRI; A is AflII; K is KpnI; X is XmnI; S is SalI; B is BglII; H is HindIII) into a vector DNA and having the ability to produce an alkaline protease is cultured in a culture medium. Thereby, the alkaline protease is efficiently secreted and produced on the outside of the microbial cells.
