PURPOSE:To obtain the title nonwoven fabric slightly causing fluff, having surface smoothness by irregularly dispersing interlaced points having tongue- shaped bonds into filament web of aromatic polyester and specifying dry heat shrinkage percentage, difference thereof, dry heat shrinkage stress, etc. CONSTITUTION:Filament web of aromatic polyester having 250-600% elongation at break of single yarn is subjected to asymmetric treatment such as partial hot-pressing by embossed roll, hot-pressing suppressed in terms of face, hot drawing in flow direction (longitudinal direction) in production of nonwoven sheet, etc., so that interlaced points having tongue-shaped bonds 11 and 11' wherein surface of warp 8'' and weft 9'' are mutually fused and integrated. Difference in dry heat shrinkage percentage is >=15%, smaller dry heat shrinkage percentage is <=20%, stress at 5% elongation of lower shrinkage percentage is >=5kg/5cm and dry heat shrinkage stress in the direction perpendicular to yarn of the lower shrinkage percentage is <=0.2kg/5cm width. |
