PURPOSE:To adjust securely and easily the optical axis of a rotatable parabolic mirror for light convergence by providing a plane reflecting part as a reference to the parabolic mirror, and providing a detachable optical flat which reflects a visible laser beam to a bender mirror which guides a laser beam to the parabolic mirror. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam 1 to be converged and the visible laser beam 2 are superposed upon each other through the bender mirror 7. The optical axis of the parabolic mirror 4 is adjusted afterward by using the visible laser beam 2. Then, the parabolic surface incident beam is guided almost to the ideal incidence point 9 on the paraboic mirror 4 through the bender mirror 3 and then the detachable optical flat 11 is placed on the bender mirror 3. Then the parabolic mirror 4 is held by a gimbals adjusting mechanism can be adjusted rotatably and easily around the ideal incidence point 9 of the mirror 4, so that the optical axis of the parabolic mirror 4 is easily adjusted. |
