PURPOSE:To efficiently atomize liquid-state perfume even when the quantity of the liquid-state perfume to be supplied is increased by providing a porous or reticular atomization promoting member on the ultrasonic oscillation surface of an ultrasonic vibrator. CONSTITUTION:When scent is generated, an air pump 1, miniature liquid feed pump 9 and ultrasonic oscillator 4 are operated and air is supplied into a perfume vaporizing room 2 by the air pump 1. Then, the liquid-state perfume in a perfume storage tank 8 is dropped from an adjusting meter 10 to an atomization promoting member 7 on an ultrasonic vibrator 6 only for the needed quantity of the scent to be generated. When the liquid-state perfume is supplied to the atomization promoting member 7 of a large surface area, a liquid film is formed over the whole surface of the atomization promoting member 7 and the liquid film is efficiently atomized by ultrasonic energy to be oscillated from the ultrasonic vibrator 6. Then, the fume of the liquid film is mixed with the air and speedily vaporized. The quantity of the air to be supplied from the air pump 1, the quantity of the perfume to be supplied from the miniature liquid feed pump 9 and the intensity of the ultrasonic wave to be oscillated by the ultrasonic vibrator 6 are controlled by a programmable controller 5 and the concentration of the scent to be generated is adjusted to the suitable concentration. |
