GRAIN HARVESTER

The harvester comprises a thresher and a device (1) for cleaning the grain heap. The thresher has a threshing-separating zone (5) and a chaff-removing zone (6) consisting of a rotor (2) contained in a jacket (3). The back part of the jacket (3) is provided with a discharge zone (7) with a chaff outlet window (9) connected to a device for removing the chaff from the thresher. The window (9) is located in the upper part of the end-face (10) of the discharge zone (7) of the jacket (3), whereas the chaff removing device is located above the longitudinal axis of the rotor (2) and its drive (12) is reversible.
