The roller bearing cage (1), esp. for cylindrical roller bearings (2), has an axial separating-line (4) on at least one point of its periphery and formed by its opposite-facing end surfaces (5,8). One end surface (5) has a protuberance (6) which fits into a cavity (9) of the same width, on the other end surface (8). The contact points between the edges (11,12) formed by the sides (7) and the axial surface (13) of the protuberance (6) and by the surfaces (14) of the cavity (9) crosswise to the axial direction, and the separating surfaces (15), are joined by breaking-lines (10). USE/ADVANTAGE - The roller bearing cage is automatically assembled without problems.
