In addition, an ink form roller (116) in a printing press is provided including a core, and a layer (132) surrounding the core, the layer (132) having a hardness between about 25 Shore A durometer and about 40 Shore A durometer, the layer (132) having an outer surface (136), the outer surface (136) having a surface roughness of about 30 micro-inches or less. Methods are also provided.
