PURPOSE:To clean the surface of a filter by an elastic member and to remove dusts, etc. adhered to the filter by providing the filter for removing dusts at the end face of a connector made of a tubular stylus in a liquid passage cou pling device for coupling liquid passage by inserting the connector to the elastic member. CONSTITUTION:A connector 14 is formed by processing a stainless steel material of a circular tube state, and the end of the connector 14 is so cut at one plane that the angle formed at the end of the connector becomes a predetermined angle theta. The angle formed at the end of the connector is desirably 35 deg. or less, and a filter 15 is secured to the end. The filter 15 is formed of a stainless steel material in a sheetlike or meshlike state, and has about 0.15mm of thickness. |
