PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to easily conduct assembly work of a solenoid expansion valve unit for attaching a solenoid expansion valve, which controls a refrigerant amount, to a space between an indoor unit and an outdoor unit of an air conditioner without impairing the sealability and heat insulating properties.SOLUTION: A solenoid expansion valve unit has: a solenoid expansion valve 4; refrigerant pipes 5, 6 connected with the solenoid expansion valve 4; a heat insulation material case 3 formed by an elastic heat insulation material; and a housing case 2 forming an outer shell. The heat insulation material case 3 is divided into an upper heat insulation material case 31 and a lower heat insulation material case 32 to house the solenoid expansion valve 4 and the refrigerant pipes 5, 6, and includes an outlet for pulling out the refrigerant pipes 5, 6. The housing case 2 is divided into an upper case 21 and a lower case 22 and sandwiches the heat insulation material case 3 with the upper case 21 and the lower case 22 in a vertical direction to compress and hold the heat insulation material case 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
