PURPOSE:To make it possible to exhaust efficiently oil mist or the like produced during cooking by providing a circular-shapd injection nozzle which is connected with a fan and a hood around an exhaust fan and injects air down-ward on the slant, and absorbing and exhausting this air current with the exhaust fan in the center. CONSTITUTION:An air injection 4 is provided with an injection port 9 and a nozzle cover 8, which are freely adjustable in all direction and injects air downward on the slant. The angle of the injection port is installed under control so that a whirl of air may be generated in the center when the air is absorbed by an exhaust fan 1 in the center. The air injection nozzles 4 are installed around an exhaust fan in a circle and connected with each other with a duct 5 on the back of a ceiling, thereby injecting air with a fan 3. The injected air is exhausted efficiently together with the oil mist 7 generated under the adjustment by way of an exhaust duct 2 by generating a whirl of air with the exhaust fan 1 during absorption. |
