Microswitches are known which are actuated by push-button acting on the movable contact maintained in a passive position by means of a spring which also maintains the push-button in said position, said spring losing elasticity prematurely, sudden interruption failing, a problem exacerbated by the entry of dust. With the present microswitch, these problems are solved since the push-button 4 rests on a spring 8, both being guided in a recess 3 outside the body 1 of the box which communicates with the compartment of a lever 13 which is connected to the push-button 4 and is linked by means of a spring 19 to a bridge piece 22 on which are coupled two plates 24 carrying two movable contacts 25 each articulated to squares 28 fixed to corresponding terminals 29. The cover 2 comprises a peripheral rib 38 in its inner base which penetrates a groove 39 of the peripheral edge of the opening of the body 1, guaranteeing insulation of the internal mechanism. <IMAGE>
