PURPOSE: To enable the common use of at least 2 different treatment by inserting a slender part in a tissue, locating the 1st treatment measure in the axial passage of the part, and providing the 2nd treatment measure responding to the 1st treatment measure when the terminal is inserted into the tissue. CONSTITUTION: A slender part 380 of a probe 101 has flexibility and rigidity appropriate for insertion, and a flexible part 382 prevents the damage of the tissue in the vicinity of the probe by keeping transmission of torque to the minimum. This probe is designed to have a diameter for minimizing the damage of the tissue and blood vessel, but has the enough size for transmitting heat by the surface temperature, and a tip 386 has a tapered shape and can select an insertion point to the tissue. A coating layer 301 covers the semi-rigid part 380 and contains the carrier body discharging the carried body to the tissue to which the probe is inserted. The carrier body is not chemically joined to the carried body and is sufficient to bond to the surface of the probe, and can gradually discharge the carried body by adjusting the probe temperature and heating period or the both. |
