<p>The invention concerns a binding device for tying up objects with each other. The device consists of a frame part connected with arms equipped with clutches. One of the arms (2) can be tightened. In addition the device includes a tensiometer (8) for control of the tension force of the arm to be tightened. The divice is especially suitable for tying of metal plate rolls in a cargo hold of a ship.</p> |
