PURPOSE:To improve the calculation accuracy of the fed amount of grains by providing an ultrasonic sensor, a reference storage means, and an equipment kind deciding means. CONSTITUTION:The ultrasonic sensor 3 takes a measurement while a grain drier is empty. The received signal of the receiver 7 of the sensor 3 is analyzed to obtain data regarding the height and internal shape of a grain tank 2. The data are compared with data for decision making which are stored in a memory 11 as the reference storage means and correspond to the kind of the grain drier 1 and a microcomputer 10 as the equipment deciding means decides the kind of the grain drier 1 to calculate the fed amount of grains corresponding to the kind of the equipment. Thus, the kind of the equipment is decided automatically and the fed amount of grains is calculated from the decision result, so misoperation is prevented and the reliability of the calculated fed amount of grains is improved. |
