The present invention relates to a kitchen exhaust system for forming a convergent air curtain, which is installed throughout the whole ceiling to be appropriate to a thin thickness and lightweight structure. A left air supply module and a right air supply module are individually formed to be a straight pipe shape of a trapezium cross section of which a width becomes narrow in a lower direction, and a lower surface of the left air supply module is inclined toward a kitchen floor surface of the right side of the left air supply module. Moreover, as a lower surface of the right air supply module is inclined toward a kitchen floor surface of the left side of the right air supply module, an air curtain descending from the left side of a ceiling and another air curtain descending from the right side of the ceiling are formed to be convergent toward a kitchen floor surface, thereby preventing oil mist, heat, or the like from flowing into a wall surface side space of a kitchen. |
