摘要 The revolution rate of a vehicle wheel is detected and corresp. signals generated. The time between first and second signals is compared with that between third and fourth signals to determine vehicle acceleration. Pressure is applied to a brake cylinder when the acceleration exceeds a predefined time parameter to minimise the gap between the brake disc and brake pad. The wheel is controlled to brake it rapidly when wheel slip occurs. USE/ADVANTAGE - For suppressing wheel slip during starting or acceleration. Delay associated with gap between brake disc and pad is eliminated.
