<p>A sealing relationship between a rotatable (25) and stationary member (15) is formed by a seal arrangement (70 and 71) between the rotatable and stationary member wherein a first member (60) engages the seals forming the sealing relationship and a second member (19) is rotatable by a rotatable member (25) to rotate the first member (60) about the stationary member (15) at a substantially reduced rotational speed relative to the rotational speed of the rotatable member to inhibit damage to the sealing relationship.</p> |
