<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a dense pinhole-free thin film of uniform thickness by a simple process by mixing a binder comprising an aluminum resinate, other metallic components and a specified resin with an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:The title ink is obtained by mixing 20-60wt.% binder comprising 10-40wt.% aluminum resinate, 1-25wt.% other metallic components (e.g. lead resinate) and a resin selected from among an alkyd resin, a urea resin, a melamine resin, a rosin derivative resin, asphalt and a terpene resin with 10-50wt.% solvent (e.g. methanol). The ink is applied to a substrate (e.g. ceramics), dried at room temperature for 10-20min, and then at 100-200 deg.C for 5-15min and baked at 500-1000 deg.C for 10-20min to obtain a thin film of a thickness of 0.1-0.3mum.</p> |
