PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of erroneous operation of a stepping motor, by outputting a stepping motor driving signal and a sound emitter driving signal without superposing both signals by providing a phase control circuit. CONSTITUTION:Standard oscillation output successively receives frequency dividing by frequency dividing circuits 2-7 and the 1sec signal from the circuit 7 and frequency dividing outputs of the circuits 3-6 are processed by an AND gate 8 to be converted to the drive signal of a stepping motor 10. A phase control circuit 34 equipped with an AND gate 29, a NOR gate 30 and the NOR gate 31 for processing the outputs of both gates is provided between the circuits 5-7 and the drive circuit 19 of a sound emitter 20. The opening of the AND gate, to which the output of the circuit 2 is applied, is controlled by the high level output not superposed to the stepping motor driving signal outputted from the circuit 34 in timing and the output coming to a high level during the timer period of a timer circuit 33 which is reset at the coincidence time of an hr hand 12 and a sounding time setting hand 13 and counts a predetermined number of 1sec signals and the sound emitter 20 of heavy load is driven so as not to be superposed to the motor 10 to prevent the erroneous operation of the stepping motor. |
