PURPOSE:To improve the security of the facilities by providing the device with a memory for storing an ID number consisting of a room number and a personal cord number and including the ID number in a transmission signal as information for collation at the time of opening a door. CONSTITUTION:Since the room control device is provided with the memory for storing a personal cord number X1 and a room number X2 as an ID number and transmitting these numbers as a collating number at the time of opening the door, the same function as that of an ordinary key can be obtained. Namely, the ID number is collated at first in a receiving part for receiving a signal sent from a remote controller 18, and when the collation is attained, a door switch is opened to provide the device with the similar function to the key. Since the remote controller 18 is used to transmit the ID number, the remote controller 18 can be used for the normal operation of an electronic apparatus (e.g. a TV monitor 11) as a matter of course in the room. In the case of changing the ID number, the collation of specific key operation before the change of the ID number is set up as a condition. Consequently, the security can be furthermore improved. |
