<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the penetration of electrostatic discharge from an outer peripheral part by providing a peripheral edge protecting part covering the front, rear and side surfaces of the peripheral edge part of a printed circuit board excepting the part inserted in a connector of said board to an insulating frame. CONSTITUTION:A printed circuit board wherein a memory circuit is constituted by mounting electric parts such as memories IC 2-1, 2-2... on a printed wiring board 1 is plugged in a connector 3 and subsequently fitted in an insulating frame 14, and the first metal panel 15-1 and the second metal panel 15-2 are respectively mounted to the front and rear surfaces of the insulating frame 14 so as to hold metal springs 6-1, 6-2... therebetween. The insulating frame 14 has a plastic peripheral edge protecting part 14a covering the front, rear and side surfaces of the peripheral edge part of the printed circuit board excepting the part inserted in the connector 13 of said circuit board.</p> |
