A method for preparing transparent toilet water compsn. contg. oil, comprises (i) preparing (A) aq. compsn. obtd. by adding 5-50 wt.% of moisturizing agent to 10-70 wt.% of water, (B) oily compsn. obtd. by 1.0-20 wt.% of solvent aid to 2.0-60 wt.% of oil, (C) 0.5-5 wt.% of solubilizing agent to 5-50 wt.% of ethanol at 35-45≦̸C; (ii) mixing (C) with (B); (iii) adding the mixt. to (A).
