发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF SEMICONDUCTOR PORCELAIN SUBSTRATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to have a plurality of pieces of two kinds of capacitors built-in by a method wherein TiO2 or a capacitor-forming composition for temperature compensation, mainly composed of TiO2, is supplied to the main surface of a high dielectric constant molded body consisting of barium titanate or strontium titanate semiconductor porcelain composition, and it is internally diffused. CONSTITUTION:TiO2 or a composition mainly composed of TiO2 is coated on the main surface of a high dielectric constant molded body 1 after it has been formed into paste in such a manner that a plurality of coated regions 2 are defined. Then, after a debinder calcination operation has been conducted, the entire material is formed into a state of semiconductor porcelain by calcuration in a reducing atmosphere. At the same time, the TiO2 or the composition mainly composed of TiO2 is diffused into the molded body 1 from the coated region 2, a temperature compensating region 4 is formed, and a high dielectric constant region 5 is formed on the region of molded body which comes in contact with a non-coated region 3. An electrode 6 is formed on the desired position of the porcelain substrate, and besides, various kinds of sintering layers are formed, and a semiconductor porcelain substrate, in which a plurality of heterogeneous porcelain capacitors are built-in, can be completed. As a result, two kinds of capacitors can be built-in in the same substrate without impairing their function in the least.
