PURPOSE:To prevent an adverse effect due to a difference in thermal expansion coefficient pertaining to the filter element of a gland plate, and the fracture thereof by forming a pair of tongue pieces capable of elastic deformation at a position corresponding to the filter element and holding the external surface of the filter element on the free edges of the tongue pieces. CONSTITUTION:The upper side 11a of a gland plate 11 is cut and bent externally at every position corresponding to through-capacitors 4, and made capable of elastic deformation. In addition, a pair of tongue pieces 12 and 12 is so formed that the free ends 12 and 12a of the pieces 12 and 12 are opposed to each other in parallel to the lengthwise direction of the gland plate 11. When the gland plate 11 is externally coupled to a housing 2, the tongue pieces 12 and 12 formed on the gland plate 11 are ex panded and fixed against the respective elastic forces thereof due to the capacitors 4 fixed via a connector terminal 3, and the aforesaid free edges 12a and 12a clamp the small diameter part 5 of the capacitors 4 via the elastic forces of the tongue pieces 12 an 12. According to the aforesaid construction, a filter element is free to move and free from stress due to a thermal expansion or contraction difference between the housing 2 and the gland plate 11. |
