PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of a shunt device by preparing a temperature sensor, a relay switch, and a heater and stabilizing the heating value of the shunt device with the heat of a heater utilizing the sunshine and the extra electric power. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor 10 detects the temperature of a shunt device 2 and outputs a level signal of an H level to a relay switch 11 when the temperature of the device 2 is lower than the threshold level. The output currents of a solar battery 1 all flow to a shunt transistor TR 8 via the switch 11 while the TR 8 is kept turned on in the case the temperature of the device 2 exceeds its threshold level by a heater 12 at sunshine. Thus the heating operation of the heater 12 is stopped. When the temperature of the device 2 is reduced less than the threshold level, the switch 11 is opened. The TR 8 is not turned on at shade and therefore the heater 12 consumes no electric power. Thus the heater 12 is turned on and off with use of the extra electric power at sunshine and therefore the heating value of the device 2 is fixed at sunshine. Then the temperature of the device 2 is fixed approximately at a threshold level. |
