PURPOSE:To transfer securely by providing a channel in a gate cut punch and also providing a projected section running through said channel and projecting outwardly on a sprue ejector pin and further providing a retreat energizing means of a base ejector pin, the gate cut punch and the sprue ejector pin. CONSTITUTION:As a projected section 28 provided at the rear end of a sprue ejector pin 27 runs through a channel 21 of a gate cut punch 20 and projects outwardly, the projected section 28 is brought into contact with the rear end of a space ejector pin 13 when the sprue ejector pin 27 advanced to the cavity side by the given amount, and the base ejector pin 13 advances synchronously with the sprue ejector pin 27 and brought into contact with a base inner peripheral section and presses the same overcoming the force of a spring 26 to project out the sprue, the runner and the base. After that, the base ejector pin 13 and the sprue ejector pin 27 are retreated to the retreat limit position respectively by springs 19 and 30. A driving cylinder for projecting gate cut and sprue and runner is mounted on a movable platen 2. |
