The invention relates to a heat exchanger that uses burned gases resulted from burning solid fuel in a focus, for producing hot air necessary in the existing cereal dryers. According to this invention, the heat exchanger consists of the following: three heat exchanging batteries with pipes mounted in series on a support frame, some channels guiding burnt gases through pipes, a hood for directing gases from focus to the exchanger, a fan for guiding burned gases to a chimney, a fan guiding the air in counter-current through the heat exchanger pipes, two hoods for guiding the air between batteries and a hood connecting the air fan with the heat exchanging battery.<IMAGE>
