OPTICAL DATA TRANSMITTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To facilitate the installation of an optical fiber and to simplify the constitution of a transmitter by sending a data between a data communication equipment and an optical fiber via an optical transmission adaptor acting like a photoelectric/electrooptic converter. CONSTITUTION:The AND gate Gate 1 of a data communication equipment COM 2 is opened and the data is transmitted through the succeeding path. The data passes through the loop of COM 2 optical transmitter T COM 3 optical receiver R COM 3 optical transmitter T COM 1 optical receiver R COM 2 optical receiver 2 and returns to the COM 2 cyclicly. Since a half duplex communication system is adopted, the transmission data of its own station returned through the loop is received and the end of communication is recognized. An adaptor OPT detecting the transmission data opens the AND gate Gate 1 to apply the transmission and other adaptors OPT make the Gate 1 through to relay the data and to apply loop transmission.
