PURPOSE:To obtain a flat frame type oil by detachably mounting a second winding frame material to a first winding frame material, on which a projecting surface section is formed, and winding an insulating coating conductor coated with an self-welding resin film into a narrow width groove shaped between both frame materials. CONSTITUTION:A second winding frame material 5 is fitted detachably on the projecting surface section side of a first winding frame material 1, to one surface thereof a projecting surface section 2 slightly higher than a conductor diameter determining the inner size of a frame type coil is formed, and an insulating coating conductor 11 coated with an self-welding resin film 11B is wound, the require number of turns, into a narrow width groove 9 shaped between both frame materials, thus acquiring the flat frame type coil. The conductor is heated or the autohesion resin film 11B is melted and solidified by a solvent, and the frame type coil is removed from the first and second frame materials 1, 5, thus obtaining the flat frame type coil shape- retained flatly. The thickness of an air-core coil is made approximately equal to the wire diameter of the conductor, and the coil takes a flat shape and abounds in flexibility, thus remarkably reducing the degree of constraint of a service space while providing benefit fo simple mass production. |
