PURPOSE:To simplify using procedures by counting the number of copied sheets at every sheet size and storing a service fee in a portable attachable/detachable storage means for users. CONSTITUTION:A stopper 68 controlling the insertion position into which a card 12 is inserted from a card fetching slot 13 is served also as a detector 68a, a reading means and a rewriting means. The card 12 is served as a switch for a copying machine main body 10 with respect to a reader/writer 15a equipped with a head 70 which reads information in a memory device in the card 12 and writes information into the card 12. Unless the card 12 is inserted, a copying action is inhibited. Thus, a copying fee can be independently controlled at every size through the use of the information recording medium 12, thereby simplifying payment. |
