PURPOSE:To make coupling between an intermediate lever and a rod as well as connection between an inside handle and a cover easily and accurately performable by inserting one's hand into a mounting hole formed in the lining of a door, and removing the cover being fitted in this mounting hole. CONSTITUTION:A mounting hole 4 is formed in lining 3 of a door 1, and an optional-form mount seat 5 being clamped to the side of this door 1 is set up in the inner part of the mounting hole. In addition, an intermediate lever 7 is pivotally attached directly or indirectly to the mount seat 5 via a setting base plate, while a rod 8 leading to a door locker is pivotally supported on this intermediate lever 7. Moreover, an inside handle 10 is pivotally attached to a cover 13 being fitted in the mounting hole 4, while a turning end 16 of this inside handle 10 is adjoined in and around the intermediate lever 7. According to this method, the intermediate lever 7 and the rod 8 are easily joinable in the state that one's hand is inserted into the mounting hole 4 and the cover 13 is removed. Therefore a relative position between the inside handle 10 and the cover 13 can be accurately set up. |
