Filter device fitted in waste gas lines - having housing, connecting sections, support channels, fitting rods, waste gas line and wire netting

The device (12) comprises a closed housing (12) with connecting sections (14), in whose interior (16) several filter units (20, 21) are arranged displaced from one another, consisting of support channels (22) having a netting mesh (a-a) with detachably fitted filter netting (24) made of a waste gas resistant material, whilst the open end of the support channels faces the flow-direction (x). The open surface defined between two adjacent filter units corresponds to the inner cross-section of the connecting sections (14). The support channels (22) are made of wire netting and detachably attached to a support - profile (19) of housing (12). The inside of support channel (22) is partially covered with a perforated liner, e.g. strips (26) consisting of a heat resistant material. USE/ADVANTAGE - The filter device can be fitted in flue gas lines of heating systems e.g. furnaces etc.. Combustible waste gas substances are removed from the hot waste gas close to the heating source.
