PURPOSE:To improve the transparency and heat generation efficiency of the subject window glass by sealing a solar cell through a highly transparent resin layer such as silicone resin formed between a light-receiving surface such as plate glass and a back protecting plate such as polycarbonate plate. CONSTITUTION:A liquid resin R such as silicone resin is injected from a resin tank 4 into intervals 15 and 15 formed between a solar cell 13 and glass plates G1 and G2 with the pressure of compressed air through a resin-feeding flexible hose 7 and an injection opening 17. After the resin R is filled in the intervals 15 and 15, compressed air is charged in a closed space S formed between a laminate 12 and a supporting plate 10 through a hose 21 to press out the excess resin R in the laminate 12. Air bubbles generated in the laminate 12 and the excess resin are sucked with a vacuum pump 8 to give a limit injection amount of the resin R detected with the weight display meter 2a of a weight measurer. Valves 19 and 20 are subsequently closed and UV light, etc., is irradiated to cure the resin R for production of a solar cell-sealed window glass. |
