<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit, wherein a heat resisting printed resistor whose fluctuation of the resistance value is small, by providing the printed resistor, wherein a resistor paste having a polyimide resin base which undergoes epoxy modification is used, on a metallic substrate having excellent heat conductivity through a thin insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A thin insulating layer 2 is provided on a metallic substrate 1 having excellent heat conductivity. A printed resistor 5, wherein a printing resistance paste having a polyimide resin base which undergoes epoxy denaturation is used, is formed thereon. A conducting path 3 is formed by etching a copper foil. Conducltive paste 4 is provided for obtaining good contact at the end part of the path 3. The printed resistor 5 is provided between the parts of the conductive paste 4. Epoxy denatured polyimide resin is denatured by adding 10- 80 parts of the epoxy resin, whose molecular weight is 300-3,000, into bismuth imide type polyimide resin.</p> |
