<p>PURPOSE: To transport a lot of fresh foods in containers by sealing lowoxygen or non-oxygen gas into the containers and transporting the containers while monitoring and regulating oxygen levels and carbon dioxide levels in the containers. CONSTITUTION: A lot of respiratory foods are housed in the container, and the low-oxygen or non-oxygen gas is spouted and sealed into the container. The carbon dioxide and oxygen levels in the container are measured and a microprocessor 1 controls a container valve through a valve control port 14 in comparison with set values. Container air is let flow in through a cleaning unit by opening the container valve or the carbon dioxide level is prevented from exceeding the set value due to the inflow of surrounding air and the oxygen level of container air is prevented from getting lower than the set value due to of the inflow of surrounding air.</p> |
