PURPOSE: To eliminate a forgery of personnel data by executing a transparent plastic film at a data sheet, and printing the personnel data on the sheet by a laser beam, thereby minimizing a defective ratio with an easy manufacture. CONSTITUTION: In the case of writing a data place of laminated data sheets 3, an intensity of a laser beam and arbitrarily other parameter are controlled so that paper and plastic layer are merely discolored and an outside plastic surface remains smooth without damaging and written. It has an area having a surface relief 31 for functioning to increase a protection against a forgery, a photograph of a passport owner executed by the laser at a left side upper corner, a berth data and place are described at 35 and 37 under the passport owner's name. And, an area 37 for placing a passport owner's signature printed with the beam on a paper inlay similarly to the other all data regarding the owner on the sheets 3 is formed thereunder. |
