PURPOSE:To display continuously and effectively freshness holding capacity of a fruit, by a method wherein, a freshness holding agent is mixed into a synthetic resin and the same is laminated directly to the whole surface of paper. CONSTITUTION:A coating film 11 of synthetic resin into which a freshness holding agent is mixed is laminated to the whole surface of paper 10 and a desired freshness holding sheet S1 is obtained. In this instance, since nonpermeable film layer to gas does not exist underneath the coating film 11 and a matter underneath the same has become a texture of paper 10, even if the sheet S1 is used for packing or packaging of vegetables and fruits, the coating film 11 is not impregnated with gas or water under a saturated state and the same is discharged outside of the coating film appropriately. Consequently, a freshness holding agent does not adsorb the gas and water excessively and its freshness holding function is kept on effectively. |
