The clutch device which is mainly used for hgih-speed engines of small ships less than 20 tons, connects or disconnects the power between engine driving shaft and following shaft. The device includes body (1) assembled with power input shaft (2) and power output shaft (3). The forward direction gear (4a) fixed on input shaft (2) is connected to forward reduction gear (6a). The rear direction gear (4b) is connected to rear reduction gear (6b) by idle gear (7).
