PURPOSE:To prevent the surface of a fixed toner image from becoming glossy and to eliminate a decrease in picture quality by roughening the surface of a fixation film on the side where the film contacts with a toner image. CONSTITUTION:The fixation film 24 is formed by laminating a peeling layer 24b of fluororesin, silicone resin, etc., on a heat resistant layer 24a made of a high heat resistant resin film, metal, etc., as a base layer and roughening the external surface of the layer 24b into a roughened surfaces 24c. The surface 24c is formed by working the layer 24b with a sand blast, mixing a filler with the peeling layer material, embossment, etc. Consequently, the decrease in picture quality due to glossiness is eliminated. The fixation film is roughened within a range of 0.3 - 10mum ten-point means roughness. |
